Best Project and Cost Management Consultancy at the Kenya Real Estate Excellence awards

Created in 2018, the Real Estate Excellence awards were set up to recognise and celebrate the key players across real estate who have achieved outstanding results and delivered positive outcomes for their clients.

This is our fourth win at the awards; in 2018 and 2019 we won Best Construction and Project Management Consultantcy, in 2020 we won the Best Cost Management Consultancy. This win recognises our continued success in the East African construction industry and our ongoing commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.

For the past 34 years, we have built up a reputation as the largest and most respected project and cost management consultancy in Kenya and this award reflects our focus on transforming performance for the industry across East Africa.
