Appointed to support GlaxoSmithKline’s Montrose portfolio
We have been selected to support GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) with their Capital Portfolio Management in Montrose, Scotland.
As part of our growing capability across our Real Estate team in Scotland, we have been appointed to help manage GSK’s key manufacturing facilities in Montrose.
We will provide concept/feasibility project management, as well as project controls (cost and planning) for the portfolio, to help secure longevity of the site and support continuous improvement of their production line and office facilities.
As a global supplier to GSK, we are already providing a full range of services including project and programme management, cost management and projects controls services both globally and UK-wide.
