Appointed by the Singapore Tourism Board to manage project delivery of the Singapore Pavilion at 2025 Osaka Expo

We have been appointed by Singapore Tourism Board (STB) to provide consultancy services to manage the project delivery of the Singapore Pavilion at World Expo 2025 to be held in Osaka, Japan from 13 April to 13 October 2025.

We will provide strategic project-management and quantity-surveying services to STB during key delivery stages of the Singapore Pavilion, comprising turnkey vendor evaluation, construction, internal fit-out, exhibit installations, pavilion operations and maintenance, demolition, reinstatement, and project account settlement.

Over 120 countries have confirmed participation at the 2025 Osaka Expo, with an estimated 28 million visitors expected over the six-month duration according to the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition. The theme for the event is ‘Designing Future Society for Our Lives’ as it aims to be a key platform to ramp up efforts to achieve the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030.

We have previously supported the development and successful delivery of six country pavilions at the World Expo 2020 in Dubai, including the Netherlands Pavilion, which received industry acclaim with awards including ‘Best Sustainable Construction Project of the Year’ at The Big 5 Construction Impact Awards, and ‘Best Architecture & Landscape Award’ at the BIE Official Expo Participant Award.

Khoo Sze Boon, Managing Director, Singapore and Vietnam comments:
