Steering the major projects supporting Ireland’s growth 

Ireland’s construction industry is being boosted by demand to upgrade ageing infrastructure in the utilities, transportation, healthcare and education sectors, as well as by population growth. The buoyant tech sector has also fuelled both economic growth and construction activity.

We are working on some of the country’s most prominent projects in these sectors. In transport, our workload includes Dublin’s MetroLink project and daa’s capital investment programme. In Dublin’s residential sector, we are working with developer Ballymore to deliver its St James’s Gate scheme. We also worked with Marlet Property Group on Lime Street.

We are driving projects to transform energy generation as Ireland’s grid adopts renewables, as well as to reduce consumption and repurpose assets and materials. In the energy sector, we are supporting a range of projects including EirGrid’s Celtic Interconnector programme and the development of offshore wind portfolios.
