The complete transformation of Birmingham New Street Station, Pallasades shopping centre and surrounding public realm in the city centre. We led the Birmingham City Council team as project director and provided a project and cost management team alongside input from other specialists when required.
Heart of the City II provides a dynamic and vibrant mixed-use district in the heart of Sheffield city centre. In addition to encouraging new retailers, the scheme comprises Grade A office space, two 4 star hotels, residential developments, restaurants and cafés, leisure destinations, parking and stunning public realm. This will create a high quality central quarter that helps attract jobs and investment. We provided lead consultant services appointing a full multi-disciplinary team to develop the masterplan and concept proposals, planning application and business case and procurement of the development partner.
The Houghton Regis Development Consortium (HRDC) is the master developer taking forward the new settlement called Houghton Regis North 1 (HRN1). This comprises of 5,150 homes, 1million sq.ft of retail offices and leisure space and 1.25million sq.ft of logistics. The first residential area of the development has been named Linmere and phase one of this comprises of 600 homes, a primary school and a local neighbourhood centre. We have been appointed to provide NEC4 project management services for construction of strategic infrastructure and landscaping.
The project comprises three distinct phases to the redevelopment and regeneration of the urban neighbourhood centre at the heart of the Marsh Farm estate in Luton. Since 2015 we have provided full project management, risk management, value management and engineering, stakeholder management and administration of the JCT construction contract for Luton Borough Council.
