Fluid

Fluid was established in 1996 and works on the threshold between architecture, creative practice and planning, helping to define a nuanced approach to place-making and change management. Its design process brings the social, economic and cultural dimensions together to generate urban strategies, place-making and architecture through co-design processes.

HYAS

Hyas provides strategic town planning and placemaking advice. It specialises in advising on large-scale, complex development projects – particularly residential led initiatives. Maccreanor Lavington is a design-led architecture and urbanism practice, with studios in London and Rotterdam.
