What does the programme offer you?

Before starting I had very little experience, the programme is challenging and pushes me to develop my skills and knowledge.

What training and development opportunities are available to you?

We are offered quarterly training which covers an insight into the construction industry as well as skills workshop. Turner & Townsend encourages you to take exams within your first year, if you feel comfortable, so you can further your professional qualifications.

How are graduates viewed in the company?

Turner & Townsend are very encouraging and want graduates to build their careers within the company.

What projects have you worked on?

Recently, I worked on whole life cost assessment of asset standard changes for a large water client. The project was extremely intense and lasted only two months. Being project manager I was under pressure to deliver on time and to standard. I quickly learned the processes and skills and thoroughly enjoyed the project.

I have just moved teams to a new role within project controls. I will be working with the client to report and feedback on programmes.
