Graduate programme
We offer a 2-3 year graduate development programme that will provide you with both technical and behavioural training to enhance your knowledge and skills.
The programme provides you with a structured learning environment that supports you to become a well-rounded consultant and accelerate your career as far and fast as possible at one of the world’s leading construction consultancy firms.
You will be provided with a development pathway that is aligned to our internal competency frameworks as well as supporting professional development.

Opportunities are currently available in the following locations:
- Amsterdam (Netherlands)
Due to the nature of our work you will not necessarily be based in our office locations. It is likely that you will have to visit and work from client sites over the course of your graduate programme, dependent on your role.

Eligibility criteria:
- Bachelors or Masters in Construction related field
- Right to live and work in Europe
- Fluency in English and local language
- Clear motivation for the construction industry
