We are accepting applications for our 2020 UK career returners programme.
Our programme offers a structured and supported return to the workplace to professionals who have taken career breaks of at least two years. We passionately believe that those who have had time away, for whatever reason, can bring skills and experience that will strengthen, enhance and diversify our teams.
We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace, building a positive culture of empowerment and respect across our business. Our focus is to build on the positive momentum of our 2019 career returners programme, promoting our business and the construction industry as an attractive choice for people at all stages of their career.
We foster a culture of excellence and an entrepreneurial spirit. Our people strive to provide innovative and technology-driven solutions and take pride in seeing that our expertise and independence are recognised by peers and clients.
Being truly global, we have embraced diversity as one of our core strengths, providing equal opportunities for our people based on their hard work, passion and dedication. We embody a strong sense of belonging and friendship, where our people go above and beyond for their colleagues and for our clients.
As part of our work to help everyone realise their full potential and deliver female-focused career development initiatives, we are excited to partner once again with Women Returners to find our next cohort of successful career returners. The programme is open to both male and female applicants.
