Against a continued tough economic background we have demonstrated the resilience of both our business model and our strategy, to produce strong results for 2010 – 2011. We have continued to shape the business to align with geographies and sectors in which we have invested over recent years.

The past year has clearly highlighted the strategic advantages of our long-term policy of diversification in our service offering, and sector markets. 

For the first time in our 65 years almost half of our revenue was generated by our six global regions – nearly matching our revenue in the UK.
