Our essential function as project managers is to act as a specialist extension of your own in-house management team. We offer an extensive range of services that can be adapted to meet the demands of your particular project what ever its complexity.

Our Approach

Our approach to every project is essentially very simple. We take responsibility for its success. At every stage, the advice we offer will be aimed exclusively and impartially towards that goal. We will work in partnership with you and other team members from the outset to assess the viability of the project, address the risks, establish clear objectives and devise the right strategy for achieving them. Once a comprehensive brief has been agreed, we will provide all the human and technical resources required to carry it through to a successful conclusion.

Our Expertise & Capability

Our project managers have the technical skills, practical experience and commercial awareness to deliver the highest standards of service. All have direct experience of managing a wide variety of projects from inception right through to operation, and have proved their ability to meet demanding cost, time and performance objectives working for Clients throughout the private and public sectors.

Our national and international staff includes Certificated Project Managers with backgrounds in a broad range of relevant disciplines, and we can call on all the resources of Turner & Townsend for expertise in related areas such as financial, legal and contractual advice, management consultancy, cost management, health, safety and environmental consultancy, information technology and facilities management. Projects frequently require the assembly and integration of many different skills. Our project managers are experienced team players, but they are also capable of providing the leadership that produces the most co-ordinated and effective solutions.
