Turner & Townsend consistently
work with our clients to help them develop the programme
management and project controls competencies of their staff.
This may be in the form of coaching and facilitation from
our staff embedded within client’s teams, or through
the design and implementation of development frameworks
and specific training packages.
Our approach to competency development is
based on the application of the National Framework for
Project Controls Competencies
and as such our work readily supports the achievement of
the National Vocational Qualifications in Project Controls.
We have a number of ‘tried and tested’ training
packages ready to deliver. These address the full range
of planning training, from Basic to Advanced s well as
Earned
Value Analysis & Management.
We believe strongly in continuing to develop
our abilities as individuals and as a team. Many of our
staff have achieved
qualifications via the APM (APMP), the OGC (Managing Successful
Programmes), and Prince 2. We believe that continual professional
development better equips us to deliver our Clients requirements,
and translate this in to effective development of our client’s
capabilities
