Integrated Baseline Review

Integrated Baseline Review is a key tool in supporting programme delivery assurance activities.

Our consultants are highly analytical and able to come into a project situation at any stage and assess the true performance status of the project and the underlying factors that are causing sub-optimal performance. We can recommend approaches suitable to the specific circumstance that will lead to the desired improvements.

Where a Client organisation requires that an independent Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) is conducted or a Project Manager within a Client organisation needs specialist support, T&T Project Controls are in a good position to offer the technical support to conduct or organise an IBR.

The IBR process enables project managers to agree and manage the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) to assess performance and to better understand associated project risks.
