Turner & Townsend's specialist expertise is centred in the commercial and retail sectors with clients including Nissan, Mitsubishi, Royal Bank of Scotland, Accor Hotels, Hilton Hotels, NCR, Petrofina, Honda, Ford, Toyota and Daimler Chrysler. In addition, we offer a wealth of experience on projects such as office developments, education, health, transport, hotels & leisure as well as oil & gas. Current projects include the implementation of Nissan's new Visual Identity in 30 countries, the review and rationalization of the Royal Bank of Scotland's corporate real estate portfolio across Europe, and the construction of waste processing facilities for the German company Herhof.

Turner & Townsend's business is lead by primary teams based in London, Amsterdam, and Milan, supported by the SIBC businesses in Munich and Moscow. In addition we have associated offices in France, Spain, Greece and Poland.

Turner & Townsend employs a multinational spectrum of professionally and technically qualified staff offering expertise in the areas of Project Management, Cost Management and Construction Engineering, all supported by extensive language capabilities. As the majority of Turner & Townsend's personnel have lived and worked in more than one country, we therefore bypass the potential obstacles of language, geography and culture, providing the client with support which can be immediately integrated into the project group and prove effective from day one.

In several cases Turner & Townsend's expertise has been exported outside of Europe, including the development and implementation of the Nissan Visual Identity in North America. Some internationally diverse projects include the construction of the Australian Pavilion for the World EXPO 2000 in Germany, and a due diligence study on behalf of an American pension fund consortium into the purchase of the Swedish Radisson SAS hotel in the Netherlands.
