What we do
We identify your needs including consideration of where you are, where you want to be and the constraints of your business case. We then develop our solution to meet your needs which includes assessing your technical capability, your requirement for management information and aligning our systems and tools with your needs. We implement the controls and communications plan for delivering the portfolio. The last element is review and measure, where we capture the good and the bad knowledge and innovation and drive an environment of continual improvement.
We integrate programme and costs using Turner & Townsend‘s integration engine. Data is captured on bespoke templates and fed through our integration software. Reports are tiered to suit the audience and level of detail required, with project specific dashboards available in real time.
