Healy Kelly Turner & Townsend -> Projects -> Commercial

The commercial sector has seen enormous activity over the past decade and shows no signs of slowing down; the retail sector continues to expand and adapt to meet the changing needs of suppliers and customers and the office sector whilst slowing down from it's peak of the recent past is still a very active sector.

The establishment of designated hubs as part of the new spatial strategy and the proposed decentralisation process will lead to a further increase in demand in the commercial sector in regional centres.

Healy Kelly Turner & Townsend has very considerable experience in the commercial sector in which return on investment< is the basis for all developments; by utilising our experience in this and other sectors we will be in a position to contribute at the earliest stages of the project when the most significant cost, quality and time driven decisions are made

Some of our prestigious commercial projects include:

  • Superquinn - Ongoing refurbishment of existing stores and new stores in Lucan, Limerick and Waterford
  • Arnott's - redevelopment of Henry Street store and refurbishment of Grafton Street and North Earl Street Stores (Boyers)
  • Phibsboro Town Centre - redevelopment of existing centre to provide offices/residential/ retail spaces
