With a courtyard and underground parking, this desirable property on Zamoyskiego Street offers 22 apartments and four commercial spaces. We were appointed to provide complex project management and cost management services throughout the investment process.

Client’s requirements

FRK BUD investment assumed execution of a seven storey residential building with a total usable area of 2,684m2, comprising of 22 residential units and two retail units on the ground floor. The building was designed with underground car parking and equipped with a car elevator. The investment was executed within an historical area of the city, on a plot of land with complex geological conditions.

Applying our local knowledge and expertise in residential sector, Turner & Townsend supported the client throughout the investment process, providing complex Project Management and Cost Management services.

Making the difference

Turner & Townsend showed a proactive approach in dealing with any challenges that arose and were able to tailor solutions for every situation. Throughout the project they facilitated communication and coordination between all parties – investor, general contractors and sub-contractors. Their approach to Health & Safety was excellent.
