The Western Australian Government faced a challenge to create a new purpose-built children’s hospital that would increase capacity, facilitate leading research and better serve the community now and in the future. The 298-bed hospital will provide the full spectrum of inpatient services - quaternary, tertiary, secondary - as well as ambulatory care clinics and the State’s premier paediatric research institute.
