Getting maximum value from a major renovation
The project comprises structural and seismic upgrades, new mechanical and electrical systems, entire renovation, fit-up and overall re-programming of the banking institution head office building in Ottawa.
The project is inherently complex in nature given the unique Arthur Erickson building design and heritage components associated with this high profile, landmark building.

We have been appointed to provide full cost management services including estimates at business case, feasibility and concept, schematic, design development and contract document stages. Additionally we will play a proactive role during the design process, assisting the team with risk management, benchmarking, project budget preparation, cash flow analysis and procurement strategy. During the construction phase we will provide ongoing cost management and budgetary control services through to the completion of the project.
