Appointed on ambitious Swords Cultural Quarter development in Ireland
We have been appointed by Fingal County Council to project manage the new Swords Cultural Quarter development project in the greater Dublin area.
This ambitious and much anticipated development will contain a major new central public and civic space set against the backdrop of the historic Swords Castle. It will boast a new county library, performance and exhibition space adjacent to County Hall, with a new public realm area on North Street/Main Street.
County Architect on the project, Fionnuala May said:
The regeneration of the urban centre of Swords is one of Fingal County Council's flagship projects. The appointment of a project management team to oversee the delivery is another important step as we move forward with this exciting and much-anticipated project.
Philip Matthews, Director said:
“We are delighted to be involved with this very important flagship project for Fingal County Council and to bring our experience of managing large urban renewal developments. The Swords Cultural Quarter will be a fantastic addition to Swords and the greater Dublin area.”
