We provided project management in order to deliver a state-of-the-art working environment that facilitated greater collaboration among employees at the new 9,800 sqft offices in Asia Square Tower 2 – part of a prestigious mixed-use development in central Singapore.
The office, which will accommodate more than 100 Allianz SE employees, includes over 10 individually themed meeting rooms with interactive whiteboards and large format screens for video-conferencing systems to enhance knowledge-sharing regionally and around the world.
The themed communal spaces have been inspired by Allianz’s employees, clients and products. For example, design of the “Allianz Stadium” is uniquely based on the company’s famous Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany, incorporating an astroturf carpet, digitally-enhanced football field tabletop and matching colour scheme. Another meeting room “Transport Me” is fitted out as a shipping container to represent the marine insurance business; a 1980s English dining room has been recreated to reflect the home insurance market; and “The Local” meeting room reflects a Singapore-inspired shophouse.
