Speaker: Simon Godfrey-Arnold, Steven Boyd HMRC

HM Revenue & Customs has embarked on a major re-organisation of its assets to support the wider Government agenda to transform the Civil Service estate.  It aims to consolidate its 170 offices to operate from 13 large, modern regional centres, four specialist sites and a London headquarters.

Turner & Townsend are working with HMRC as its strategic delivery partner to drive efficiencies and benefits realisation throughout the programme. This seminar aims to unravel both perspectives of programme delivery, explaining how:

  • HMRC is using a major estate programme to help transform its workforce and operations
  • data analysis can help to enable clear decision making, provide programme assurance and manage risk in a proactive way to safeguard the significant estates efficiency savings across the HMRC transformation portfolio
  • a programme-led approach can overcome the challenges of governance across a complex, multi stakeholder environment

Find out how to join the seminar on the Conference website.
