Placement programme

We are committed to providing opportunities for those at university to gain experience during their degree and earn whilst they learn. Individuals can complete a structured summer or year placement to gain valuable industry experience.

If you complete a summer or year placement with us, you will have the opportunity to fast-track on to another placement or directly on to the graduate scheme. Your fast-track route will be determined by the amount of time you have left at university. If you are returning for your final year at university, you will be able to fast-track straight on to the Graduate Development Programme. If you have more than one year left at university, we will fast-track you on to a summer placement.

At the end of your placement, you will complete a final review which will determine whether you can be fast-tracked.
