Why did you join Turner & Townsend?

I liked the fact that Turner & Townsend is a highly regarded global company. The cost management team in Bristol was expanding and working on interesting projects.

There is a really good support network within the company. There is a good balance between work and social and we hold regular team social events.

What does the programme offer you?

The graduate programme offers quarterly training aimed at developing skills required to progress at Turner & Townsend.

What training and development opportunities are available to you?

There is a range of internal and external training sessions throughout the year which are available to all members of staff.

What projects / sectors have you worked on?

My experience covers various aspects of cost management including early feasibility estimates, bench-marking, cost planning, procurement, change control and the resolution of final accounts.

I am currently responsible for provision of cost management duties for a number of property projects for a large train operating company in the rail sector.

Am conducting post-tender interviews at a clients office and will issue our tender evaluation report recommending the selection of a contractor for a railway station refurbishment works.
