What do you like about working at Turner & Townsend? I get the opportunity to work on projects which will impact the British economy and improve the peoples standard of living.
What’s the culture like at Turner & Townsend? We don’t have your traditional corporate environment, there is lots of collaboration with other teams and departments.
How are you finding the graduate scheme? Great, you get an opportunity to network with other grads from other offices around the UK and get to meet interesting speakers at the graduate events.
What training and development opportunities are available to you? Your training and development is only limited by yourself, you have all the opportunities you can wish for.
How are graduates viewed in the company? Valuable. You are the future of the company and will be treated with respect.
What project are you working on/what projects have you worked on? I have worked on various projects ranging one of the worlds largest investment banks to my current project at water client.
This week I… I am working on delivering my clients waste disposal sites, if these waste disposal sites are not completed in time it will mean that people won't have running water.
A typical day for me is… My typically day will involve meeting with key stakeholders, contractors and the clients team. Working within my team to deliver day to day objectives.
Any other information you would like to share? Working for Turner & Townsend will mean that you have a lot of responsibility on your shoulders but you will get the support you need.
