Why did you join Turner & Townsend?

I joined to learn while I was working in a professional environment and have a chance to progress within a great company. 

What does the programme offer you?

It allows me to develop new skills and also offers me the chance to have an input on projects and business ideas. 

What training and development opportunities are available to you?

As you complete the apprenticeship scheme the graduate scheme is offered to expand your knowledge and gain more experience while doing so. 

How are apprentices viewed in the company?

As any regular employee would be, an essential part of the business. 

What projects have you been able to work on?

I have worked for a major UK city council in the highways team, this gave me the opportunity to see how projects were run in the different stages of the project life cycle.

I learned about how technology is changing the construction industry and I attended a BIM training session to find out how we offer it in our projects.
