Our recent appointment by BAA as its managed service provider (MSP) for the ongoing development of Heathrow Terminals 1 and 2 is a landmark in our 17 year relationship with one of the world's leading airport companies.
The commission relates principally to the development of the new Terminal 2 to meet the growing needs of the Star Alliance airlines, and enhance the quality of the travelling experience for its 20 million passengers. It creates a first time opportunity for our team to apply an MSP approach to a major investment programme for BAA.
