Tim Wray - Chairman
Chairman of Turner & Townsend since 1999, Tim Wray joined the company in 1972 as a Quantity Surveyor, specialising in Cost Engineering in the mining industry. In 1982 he moved with his family to South Africa to establish the first Turner & Townsend international office, laying the foundations for our present global infrastructure and establishing Turner & Townsend as a leading consultancy for global mining and processing clients who continue to commission us all over the world to this day. In the past nine years, Tim has overseen the transformation of Turner & Townsend into the largest global consultancy of its kind – a multi-award-winning plc with an exceptional record of sustained growth, and a consultancy trusted and respected by national governments and by many of the biggest commercial organisations in the world. |

Vince Clancy - Chief Executive Officer
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Vince Clancy joined Turner & Townsend in 1989 and was appointed to the Executive Board in 2002. He has primary responsibility for managing our continuing rapid growth in global markets where he has been the driving force in establishing the business in a number of new regions including China and India. He has developed strategic relationships with key global clients and has overseen the significant recent growth in the company’s worldwide turnover. |

Tom Harrison - Chief Operating Officer
Tom Harrison joined Turner & Townsend in 1974. He was appointed to the Executive Board in 1995 and was made Managing Director (International) in 1999, with responsibility for building Turner & Townsend’s international infrastructure. He was made Managing Director (UK) in 2005, with specific responsibility for the UK business. Tom has supported many global clients in the establishment of their capital investments in the UK, developing relationships which have helped accelerate the expansion of the business around the world. Tom became Chief Operating Officer in 2008, with the added responsibility for the Middle East Region and the Global Sectors: Energy, Mining & Metals, Hi-Tech and the Transportation sector. |

Jon White - Manging Director, Europe
Jon joined the company in 1997 and has been Managing Director of our Europe region since 2007. He was appointed to the Executive Board in 2010. Jon is both a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Chartered Director with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. Prior to his European role, Jon led our UK Project Management team and was responsible for overseeing complex programmes and projects for Clients such as KPMG, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays, the UK Government, BAA, British Airways, Fujitsu and British Telecom. Based in our London office, Jon now spends much of his time working with our clients and operational teams in continental Europe across a wide variety of sectors. Jon is passionate about ensuring our teams understand our clients’ business so that we can maximise the value we provide. He also is a keen advocate of sharing our global knowledge both to the benefit of our Clients and to improve our operational effectiveness.

Jeremy Lathom-Sharp - Finance Director
Jeremy Lathom-Sharp was appointed to the Executive Board of Turner & Townsend on joining as Finance Director in March 2000. A Chartered Accountant who began his career with Price Waterhouse, Jeremy joined Turner & Townsend after five years as Group Financial Controller with the international engineering company David Brown Group plc. He has played a key role in the acquisitions undertaken by Turner & Townsend since 2000, and has overseen the transformation of the company's financial and IT processes and systems to meet its needs as a global business. |

Gordon Horsfield - Non Executive Director
Former Director of Operations at leading global consultancy, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Gordon Horsfield was appointed Turner & Townsend’s first Non-Executive Director in April 2008. He served as Executive Chairman of what was to become Drax Group plc, the Yorkshire-based power generator, from 2002, leading it to a successful listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2005, and was non-executive Chairman of Drax Group from 2006 until April 2008. |
