Career progression

Our CEO joined the company as a graduate in 1989. He was made an Associate at 26 and a Director at 28. After a spell as Managing Director of Cost Management and Managing Director of International he was promoted to his present position at 43.

We give our graduates all the support, training, incentives, promotions and rewards to help them realise their full potential. We want them to be the best, because we want to be the best.

Year out

In addition to our Graduate vacancies, we also offer a small number of 12 month placements for undergraduates seeking work experience as part of their Degree course. Your placement is the first stage of your career with Turner & Townsend, and we expect the same skills and abilities as we do for our graduate intake, with a similar selection process.

Work placements

A limited number of work placement undergraduates are taken on each summer, for paid experience over an 8-10 week period. Typically this will run from July to September of each year.
