Siemens City Vienna wins the pma award

For excellent project management and performance, the pma project excellence award 2010 was allocated to the project team of Siemens City.

The competition is based on the internationally renowned PM Excellence Model of the IPMA (International Project Management Association).

Florian Krauss, Associate Director of Turner & Townsend and Head of the subsidiary in Vienna was responsible for this project.

Turner & Townsend was assigned by Siemens with project management, the utilization planning, move management and sustainability certification in accordance with LEED standard.

The project Siemens City Vienna was completed in the middle of 2010. The duration altogether was 4 years. The project budget was about 150 million Euro. Siemens City was the largest real estate investment in this time from Siemens worldwide.
