Describe a typical day at Turner & Townsend
There is never a typical day – I work in in the utilities sector working on projects involving reviewing wind farms, and PQQ’s for a major UK airport. Currently I want to get to know how the market and business work. I also try to engage in the projects so I can learn from them, the more exposure and experience I gain the more I will learn.
Where do you see yourself in five years time?
I love living and working in London. Originally I am from Greece, so it is great to be in a fast paced busy city like London. Turner & Townsend operate from 73 offices in 31 countries, the flexibility is there for me to work abroad and it is something I would definitely consider.
What kind of support have you recieved from Turner & Townsend?
All the directors are very reachable, considerate and supportive. They are always willing to give advice and find the time to explain things.
